*Packages are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, provided the order is placed Monday through Thursday before 4:00 PM (orders placed after 4:00 PM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be shipped on Monday or the next business day). Imperio Dog Petit will ask to its clients to choose the place of the delivery and must specify your home, office or center where to they want it to be deliveried the product. The packages will be registered with tracking number and will be delivered under signature in the recipient's address. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. If the client or an authorized person is not found at home to receive the delivery of the package, the carrier will leave a note of the visit.
