Returns and/or changes

Returns and/or changes of the items in Imperio Dog Petit must be make with the following mode.

It must notify by email to the following address: return@imperiodogpetit.com

Including their purchase data, within 48 hours at most after it receives your package and send it in a time no later than 7 calendar days counted from the receipt. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

Please ensure they are intact, complete, unused, or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. If a product contains a security tag, the item will not be accepted for return if the original security tag has been removed, broken, or altered.

Customized products definitely can not be returned.

Imperio Dog Petit reserves the right to refuse returns communicated and/or sent after the deadline, or clothings that are not in the same condition they were sent.

Once returned in the same conditions, parts and/or components in which it was sent and after verifying that the items are in perfect condition, we proceed to manage refund, which will be held in the same account from which the order was placed. The deadline is a few days, but can vary depending on the bank.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Currently, imperiodogpetit.com can not offer exchanges for returned merchandise. We suggest you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable guidelines and conditions above and place a new order.
